The corporation holds 100% of bet-at-home.com Entertainment Ls. The Linz office is mainly responsible for the transfer of technology within the group as well as for the development of in-house software. bet-at-home.com Holding Ls., based in Malta, holds its Maltese gaming licences for sports betting, casino and poker, issued by the Malta Gaming Authority (MGA). In addition, bet-at-home.com receives a licence from the Italian Gaming Authority AAMS for sports betting and casino in 2011. One year later the Schleswig-Holstein Ministry of the Interior also issues the company licences for providing and marketing sports betting and casino. In 2014, the betting provider is issued a licence from the British Gambling Commission in order to operate and market online sports betting and online casino games in the United Kingdom (UK). Since 1 August 2015 bet-at-home.com has a sports betting licence in Ireland.
